Frazier History Museum

The Louisville League of Women Voters is hosting an event to celebrate Women’ Equality Day August 26, 2017. The event, “Voting Rights for Women: Past, Present and Future” will honor the 97th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment when women finally received the right to vote.

The event will be held at the Frazier History Museum on August 26th from 10 am until 12, and be free and open to the public. The goal is to educate about the history of women winning the right to vote, to understand the current status of voting rights and to develop a plan to expand voting rights.

The Junior League of Louisville is honored to be a supporter of this event along with the following organizations:
