Vendor Application Process
Merchant Eligibility (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THIS HAS CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS):
- All vendors are required to submit three (3) current photos of your merchandise and one (1) photo of your booth space. Applications will not be considered until photos have been received.
- Applications submitted without photos will NOT be considered.
- Early application submission is due by December 31, 2017.
- All applications are due by January 31, 2018.
- Electronic submission of application and photos are to be submitted via the Junior League of Louisville website.
- Acceptance into the market will be finalized via email before February 1, 2018.
- Full payment will be due within 14 business days once your acceptance is sent via email. Online payment is preferred. If a check is your only available method of payment, please contact the co-chairs. Return check fee of $30.
- Completion of the application and/or participation in past shows does not guarantee acceptance into the 2018 market.
- Cancellations must be received in writing prior to December 31, 2017. After December 31, all fees are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
