The Junior League of Louisville has a long tradition of selling cookbooks. In the past, we have published The Cooking Book, Cordon Bluegrass, and Splendor in the Bluegrass. Our current cookbook, Bluegrass Gatherings, was named the “Best Cookbook: General” and “Best Cookbook: Regional” in 2013 by USA Best Book awards.
Bluegrass Gatherings: Entertaining Through Kentucky’s Season is a seasonal, menu-based cookbook that features recipes from celebrated local chefs and restaurants. JLL members contributed recipes as well and spent many hours testing.
